Terms of Service

Welcome to BITACC ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or registering on BITACC, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

BITACC serves as a digital intermediary platform connecting independent sellers with buyers for the exchange of digital goods, including but not limited to gaming accounts, social media accounts, activation keys, and in-game items (collectively, "Digital Assets").

You explicitly acknowledge that BITACC is a venue and not a party to the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers.

• BITACC does not own, create, sell, resell, or license any of the Digital Assets listed on the site.
• BITACC has no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items.
• BITACC cannot verify the age or identity of users.

Consequently, BITACC serves solely as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction. Responsibility for the Digital Asset lies entirely with the Seller.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You may not use the Platform if you are located in a country or region subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other trade restrictions.

Disclaimer of Use: BITACC accepts no liability for how users utilize the Digital Assets purchased on the platform. The Platform is provided for educational and testing purposes.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You will not use Digital Assets for illegal activities, including fraud, spam, phishing, or harassment.
• You understand that using third-party accounts (e.g., buying a Steam or Instagram account) may violate the Terms of Service of that specific third-party platform. You assume this risk entirely.
• BITACC is not responsible if a third-party platform bans, suspends, or reclaims the Digital Asset after the warranty period or due to Buyer actions.

Purchasing or using Digital Assets may violate third-party platform terms. You assume all risks of bans, suspensions, revocations, loss of access, or loss of value. BITACC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform and is not liable for actions those platforms take.

Due to the intangible nature of Digital Assets, all sales are final. By purchasing on BITACC, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital serving that is consumed immediately upon delivery.

Any approved refund is issued only as BITACC Account Balance (Store Credit). We do not issue refunds to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Crypto Wallet, PayPal). Store Credits can only be used to purchase other goods on the platform.

Refunds (in the form of Store Credits) or replacements are granted strictly under the following conditions:

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): The Digital Asset credentials were invalid at the exact moment of delivery.
• Item Not as Described: The account or item differs significantly from the Seller's description (e.g., wrong level, missing skins, wrong region).

Warranty Void: The warranty provided by BITACC or the Seller is immediately VOID if:

• The Buyer changes the email, password, or security details of the account.
• The Buyer adds funds, plays games, posts content, or alters the state of the account.
• The account is banned due to the Buyer's IP address, usage behavior, or violation of third-party rules.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of your account and recovery actions for associated fees. Any approved refund is only via Store Credit.

Users may not list or sell:

• Stolen or hacked data (logs, brute-forced accounts).
• Accounts linked to financial fraud or identity theft.
• Malware, viruses, or illegal software.
• Government-issued identification or documents.

BITACC reserves the right to terminate any account suspected of dealing in illicit goods or money laundering. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests regarding stolen property.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your transactions on the Platform.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a takedown request with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. We may suspend or terminate services at any time. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BITACC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to BITACC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. BITACC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion for suspected fraud, ToS violations, legal requests, or non-cooperation with compliance requirements.

BITACC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
